Antje is a highly experienced sustainability and ESG advisor with over 20 years of international expertise in environmental management, crisis response, and regulatory compliance. She provides professional guidance in certification processes, environmental communication, and adherence to environmental and sustainability law, including industry association work and political advocacy.
​
Her core competencies include operational risk management, business continuity planning (BCM), and environmental due diligence. Antje also brings deep expertise in the social dimensions of sustainability, having worked across industries and stakeholder levels.
She holds active ESG mandates and has supported industrial clients with complex structures — including long-term advisory for a manufacturing group with 26 production sites and over 4,000 employees since 2004.

Antje serves as a member of the Steering and Approval Committee of SEAM and is part of the CSR expert group of the Tyrolean Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Reinhard Joas

Reinhard holds dual qualifications in chemical engineering and economics, and has spent over 30 years advising industry and governments on environmental and public health issues. He specializes in helping implement innovative technologies and sustainable business models.
​
He regularly advises high-level institutions such as the European Commission, United Nations (including UNIDO), and serves on multiple industry boards and expert committees. Notably, he remains an international expert in the UNIDO Chemical Leasing Programme.
​
Prior to his role at CS3 GmbH, Reinhard founded and led BiPRO GmbH, an international environmental consulting firm. Under his management, BiPRO gained global recognition for technical guidance, policy evaluation, and chemical leasing initiatives.
​
Reinhard is also a sought-after moderator and speaker at events on sustainable chemistry, for instance at conferences organized by Germany’s Umweltbundesamt. His work spans strategic environmental advice, socio-economic impact assessments, risk evaluation, and capacity building through transformational consultancy.

Stefan is a seasoned marketing consultant and agency founder with over 30 years of strategic and operational experience—and nearly a decade dedicated to sustainability, CSR, and ESG. Holding dual diplomas in Communications and Media Marketing (BAW Munich) and an international business degree (EBC), he brings both academic rigor and practical insight to his work.

Stefan crafts bespoke, audience-focused marketing strategies and oversees their execution across all relevant channels—owned, earned, and paid. Every tool and campaign is meticulously aligned with overarching business goals.
Stefan has championed sustainability-oriented clients, combining content marketing, media planning, and ESG communication to create authentic and impactful campaigns.

As an ESG specialist and advocate for systemic change in industrial sustainability, he accompanied the initiative “Chemical Leasing – Green Chemistry as a Service” in cooperation with enviro.marketing. The project aimed to position Chemical Leasing as a practical and policy-aligned business model for climate-relevant industries.

Philipp is an execution-driven venture builder with 15+ years of experience founding, scaling, and restructuring B2B software companies and corporate spin-offs. He combines deep operational know-how with a clear focus on financial performance, team leadership, and pragmatic strategy — especially in fast-changing, high-pressure environments.

In recent years, Philipp has broadened his focus to include industrial and chemical ventures, advising companies on sustainable transformation models such as Chemical Leasing, Circular Chemistry, and Green Chemistry. His work helps bridge the gap between operational excellence and long-term environmental impact.

Whether launching a SaaS startup, carving out a corporate unit, or advising on chemical strategy, Philipp brings the same mindset: hands-on leadership, clear metrics, and strong alignment between business goals and sustainable value creation.
